Ceo director

Chloe Brown

CEO/Founder

Welcome to Shine Bright Mental Health! I’m Chloe, and my mission is to create a space where everyone feels truly at home when seeking support. Shine Bright Mental Health was founded on the belief that clinical mental health care doesn’t have to feel clinical—it should feel warm, safe, and supportive.

With over 10 years of experience as a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, I’ve worked across all age groups, continually updating my skills through postgraduate studies to ensure I provide the highest level of care.

At Shine Bright, I’m committed to leading by example—both in progressive, compassionate support for our clients and in building a nurturing, encouraging environment for our team. I believe deeply in providing the right supports and educating clients and their networks on mental health, empowering everyone involved to play a role in promoting well-being. No matter how complex a situation may be, I approach it with the mindset that there’s always a way forward, and I’ll help find it.

As much as I am dedicated to my work, I also cherish my family and the community around us. I’m the proud mum of two beautiful children, and I prioritize a balanced family life. Giving back to our local community is a passion of mine, whether through involvement in sports groups, sponsorships, or simply lending a helping hand. In my spare time, you’ll find me baking, cooking, reading, and enjoying life’s simple joys.

Welcome to our community. I’m so glad you are here.

Much love Chloe xxx

Kaylene Fitzgerald

Administration Officer

My name is Kaylene Fitzgerald, and I’ve joined Chloe and the team at Shine Bright Mental Health as an Administration Officer in the Maryborough office. I bring 45 years’ experience across administration and customer service, starting work while I was still at school with Coles, alongside TAFE studies in typing and secretarial skills, before completing further accounting training. I went on to build a 15-year career in Sydney’s stockbroking industry, working my way up from office junior through various departments and into management as an Office Manager. I later owned and operated a café in Robertson, NSW, then spent 15 years in tourism administration roles in Kiama and Gerringong, followed by customer service and accounts work at Southern Rise Bakery, before returning to Easts Beach Holiday Park for the past four years. I’ve now made the move north to the beautiful Fraser Coast to support my daughter Chloe and my grandchildren Blake and Ellie, and in my spare time I love being with family and friends, travelling when I can, and I’m very much a true Sagittarian: optimistic, honest, fun-loving, and always up for the next adventure.
