NDIS Services

Shine Bright Mental Health Support provides NDIS-funded therapeutic and clinical mental health services for participants with psychosocial disability, complex mental health needs, trauma, emotional dysregulation, alcohol and other drug concerns, and behaviours of concern.

NDIS Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Supports
Our NDIS therapy services may be billed under Core Supports or Capacity Building, depending on the participant’s plan, goals, funding structure and support needs.
 
Therapeutic supports are delivered under the relevant Clinical Nurse Consultant / Mental Health Nursing support item, offering participants a highly skilled clinical service at a lower cost than many other therapeutic disciplines.

Positive Behaviour Support

Shine Bright Mental Health Support provides Positive Behaviour Support services for NDIS participants who require assessment, planning and support around behaviours of concern.
 
Our Positive Behaviour Support approach is trauma-informed, person-centred and focused on understanding the reasons behind behaviour, reducing risk, improving quality of life and building safer support environments.
 
Positive Behaviour Support services may include:
 
  • Behaviour support assessment
  • Functional behaviour assessment
  • Development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans

Support Coordination

We provide Support Coordination Level 2 and Specialist Support Coordination Level 3 for participants who require assistance to understand, implement and strengthen their NDIS plan.
 
Our support coordination is clinically informed and particularly suited to participants with complex mental health needs, psychosocial disability, multiple service systems, housing concerns, justice involvement, hospital transitions, family and domestic violence impacts, or high-risk support needs.
 
Support Coordination may include:
