• Relapse prevention and recovery coaching – identifying triggers, developing coping strategies and setting personal goals

• Social and community engagement – Support with re-establishing social connections, engaging in community activities and rebuilding relationships

• Daily living and routine development – assistance with creating structure, managing personal responsibilities and developing independent living skills.

• Mental health and wellbeing support – managing co-occurring mental health conditions alongside substance use challenges

• Skill development and peer mentoring – life transition planning, peer-led support and practical skill-building
