Older Persons’ Mental Health Training

Shine Bright Mental Health offers specialised training designed for aged care staff, healthcare professionals, and community workers supporting older adults. This full-day professional development session provides practical skills and evidence-based knowledge to improve mental health care for older people.

Led by an experienced mental health nurse, this training covers essential topics including:

  • Managing Comorbidities – understanding how physical and mental health interact
  • Medication Awareness – Identifying polypharmacy risks and best practices in medication management
