Shine Bright Recovery Meetings

A practical, empowering pathway to life beyond addiction.

Shine Bright Addiction Recovery Meetings offer a contemporary, clinically informed approach to addressing substance use and all forms of addiction or related behaviours.
Through structured, in person mutual support meetings, participants are supported to develop practical skills, create personalised recovery plans, and implement strategies that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

This is a stigma free, self empowering space focused on what you can do today to move forward.

What to Expect

In our meetings, you’ll be supported to:
  1. Build and maintain motivation
Find your reason, your goal, and what works for you
  2. Handle urges
Develop real ways to gain control
  3. Manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
Learn tools to respond differently and stay on track
  4. Live a balanced life
Build a life that feels meaningful, purposeful, and worth it

Inclusive Community

Our meetings bring together people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and stages of change.
You’ll connect with others with lived experience of recovery, alongside trained facilitators, peer supporters, and professionals working collaboratively to support positive outcomes.
We also welcome family members, partners, and support persons, acknowledging their important role within the recovery process.

Flexible Support

There is no single pathway to recovery. Each individual’s experience is unique, and effective support requires a flexible, person centred approach.

Our approach can also sit alongside other supports. For some people, counselling, mentoring, or prescribed medication can play an important role in recovery.
